Franklin is a police thriller which deals with the story of Correa, an ex-boxer and Rosa, a prostitute. They both try to escape from the crime organization led by Bernal, a mobster involved in drug trafficking and clandestine betting.
Unscrupulous boxing promoters, corrupt policemen, drug dealers and incompetent thieves will fight to survive while their destinies are linked by a 100 dollars note stained with blood. That money note is everything Correa needs to remake his life: 100 dollars to play in the lottery. All to number 48: the talking dead.
