Nicolás and Antonia are two lifelong friends who watch how the rest enjoy emotional and professional stability, while they are a disaster. After attending more than a dozen weddings of others and looking for the financial push they need to fulfill their dreams, they decide to launch an insane but brilliant idea: get married! But they won't do it for real; they plan to announce their supposed hidden love, organize a big wedding, collect the money from the gifts, and have Antonia leave Nicolás standing at the altar. They assume that after the scandal, no one will be capable of asking for their gift back, dividing the loot to finance their dreams.
