Federico, a young hockey coach is about to marry Cecilia, one of the players. But his life suddenly changes when his father has a heart attack and asks him to look after his eight-year-old sister, whom Federico doesn´t know. The pressure he is under from having to face this new reality so close to his wedding date gets even worse when he meets Julieta, the captain from the team his father used to coach.
