Since its establishment in 2006 by the renowned Argentine film producers Pablo Bossi (responsible for blockbusters such as “Nine Queens” and “Son of the Bride”) and Juan Pablo Buscarini, Pampa Films has focused on producing high quality projects for the big screen. The production company has participated in major Argentine film productions such as the acclaimed film “Chinese-Takeaway” (2011), awarded a Goya award for Best Ibero-American Film, and the successful films “The Games Maker” (2014) and “Notes for My Son”, a Netflix original feature film.
In 2018, the company, led at the time by the brothers Pol and Agustín Bossi, decided to expand the horizons and go into the TV series production world. Therefore, it partnered with Disney Media Distribution to produce the series “Monzón” along with Turner and Netflix, achieving a great response from the audience and being nominated to the prestigious Platino, Gardel and Martín Fierro awards in the Best Series category as well as winning the Produ award for Best Series.
Since then, Pampa Films has become established as an important film and TV production company in Argentina, working on top-of-the-line projects and having a highly qualified team of professionals committed to excellence in every production. Constantly looking ahead, the company is currently expanding its operations in Uruguay, Colombia, Mexico and Spain and developing more than 20 projects including series and feature films in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico and Spain for platforms such as Star+, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ and HBO Max.
